This cabernet franc rosé from our home block in Blewitt Springs is a light salmon pink. It has a lifted bouquet of lemon blossom and Turkish delight, with hints of strawberry and lavender. The palate is refreshing and dry, with crisp natural acidity pleasantly balanced by light flavours of strawberry, raspberry and a touch of blueberry. Vibrant and mouthwatering, this rosé will leave you wanting more.
